An area city official reminds residents to park on a certain side of a roadway during a winter storm.
According to a release from Blackburn Mayor Karen Sims, “(This is) A reminder that if we get three or more inches of snow this weekend to please park all vehicles on Main Street on the east side of the street. When (the) west side is cleared, you are asked to move (the) vehicles back to the west side so the east side can be cleared.”
