A Marshall man sustained serious injuries in a rollover traffic crash on Thursday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred as the northbound, 2003 Ford F-350 driven by 38-year-old Brad Doiron began to slide on the slick pavement, causing Doiron to lose control of his vehicle. His truck traveled off the right side of the roadway, then returned to the pavement. Doiron reportedly overcorrected causing his truck to travel off the street again, where his vehicle overturned and came to rest on it’s top.

Doiron was transported by Saline County EMS to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of serious injuries.

The crash happened shortly after 8 a.m. on State Highway 41, just north of Route E.
