The volunteer Board of Directors for the LaCoMo East Charter of Little League International is inviting parents and willing volunteers to the annual open meeting on Wednesday, February 5.
A news release says the meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at the Concordia Community Building.
The board is scheduled to have an annual report of the status of the local Little League Baseball and Softball program; share information regarding the upcoming 2020 baseball and softball season; and accept nominations for the Board of Director terms that are due for vote by the membership.
The LaCoMo East Little League Charter offers multiple levels of summer baseball and softball for any youth in the communities within the combined High School District Boundaries of Concordia R-2, Marshall, Malta Bend R-5, Pettis County R-5, Santa Fe R-10, Slater and Sweet Springs R-7.
The LaCoMo East program is the only Little League International-sanctioned baseball and softball charter in these respective communities.
