A Boonville resident is facing a felony charge for allegedly leaving the scene of a vehicle crash.
Authorities allege that Curtis Gavin Sanders was the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash at Mo. River Tire on Missouri Highway 179 on December 21, 2019.
According to court documents, a warrant has been issued and Sanders has been charged with a Class E Felony for Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Causing Property Damage Exceeding $1,000; and two driving-related misdemeanors. Bond has been set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Sanders’ initial appearance is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
