The Missouri Valley College football coaching staff has announced its 2020 National Letter-of-Intent Day Signing Class includes 46 student-athletes from eight different states and an American territory.
According to a news release, this year’s class features student-athletes from Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, along with four from American Somoa.
A total of 18 student-athletes come from Missouri; nine from Texas; six from Hawaii; four from Georgia; two from Mississippi and one each from Florida, Illinois and Tennessee.
The signees include four student-athletes from the I-70 Conference- Jarret Fuehring, a linebacker/offensive lineman, Jacob Hall, a linebacker/fullback, and Hunter Sims, a defensive back/quarterback, all from Sweet Springs; and Max Caton, a linebacker, from Wellington.
The 2020 Vikings’ season opens at home versus Peru State on August 29.
