During the meeting of the Marshall Municipal Utilities’ Board of Public Works on Thursday, February 13, the board considered approval of a request to get a new spreader truck for the Wastewater Treatment Department.
General Manager Jeff Bergstrom explained the vehicle the department currently owns is old.

The budgeted amount is $175,000.
In other news, Bergstrom said MMU staff approved an update to the continuity plan.

The next Board of Public Works meeting is scheduled to be held at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, at the MMU Office Building at 75 East Morgan Street.
