Authorities executed a search warrant and say they found numerous drug-related items at a residence in the 400 block of East Shamrock Drive in Marshall on Friday, February 21.
According to a probable-cause statement, law-enforcement officers located two plastic bags containing methamphetamine; a glass smoking device containing a white substance consistent with methamphetamine; a digital scale containing methamphetamine residue; a small mirror with methamphetamine on the glass; two smoking devices containing burnt marijuana; and a grinder containing marijuana.
Alysia Marie Schwartz was arrested and has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash, surety or 10-percent allowed.
Schwartz was arraigned on Friday, February 21; and her next hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 26, at Saline County Circuit Court.
