Authorities say they found drug-related items in a vehicle after a traffic stop on Sunday, February 9, and a 23-year-old Sedalia man is facing a felony charge.

Found were a sandwich bag containing approximately 35 grams of marijuana bud and three individually-packaged smaller bags of marijuana; digital scales; dozens of Ziploc-style baggies; and other drug-related items.

Nathan P. McMillin has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two drug-related misdemeanors. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.

McMillan appeared in custody at his hearing on Tuesday, February 25. A Preliminary Hearing has been set for 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 12 at Pettis County Circuit Court.
