An area county’s officials have issued an outside burning alert for the next few days.
According to a news release, the Saline County EMA has issued a burn advisory for Thursday, March 5, through Saturday March 7, because of a forecast of 20-percent humidity, sustained winds 20 to 30 mph; and wind gusts up to 30 to 40 mph.
