Drug-related felony charges have been filed against a Kansas City man after a traffic stop in Pettis County on Tuesday, March 3.
A probable-cause statement says a law-enforcement officer located two small pills – one Xanax and the other Oxycodone. Two clear bags -one containing a white crystal substance and the other a brown-and-white substance also were located. The white crystal substance appeared to be methamphetamine, and the brown substance field tested positive for both amphetamine and heroin.
Jeremy Michael Lees has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a misdemeanor for a DWI. Bond has been fixed at $50,000 cash or surety.
Lees was arraigned on Thursday, March 5; and his next hearing is scheduled to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
