Execution of a search warrant led to a drug-related felony charge against a Marshall man.
According to a probable cause statement, during the search, authorities say the located multiple firearms- several of them loaded; some methamphetamine; several Ziploc-style baggies; a digital scale with methamphetamine residue on it; and several other drug-related items at a residence in the 300 block of West Ohio Street on Friday, March 6. The resident also possessed more than $900 in cash.
Joshua Len Brown has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Brown was arraigned on March 9. His next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
