Governor Mike Parson’s office has announced that the Governor will hold a press conference at 5 p.m. Friday afternoon declaring a state of emergency through an Executive Order in response to COVID-19 in Missouri. The press conference will be live-streamed on Governor Parson’s Facebook page.
