Marshall Fire Chief Tony Day was at the meeting of the city council on Monday, March 16, and conveyed how his department is going to be handling some incidents for the time being.
Day said it’s kind of hard to write an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) because things seem to change every day.

Day says it will be on a case-by-case basis because every situation is different.
Day also said the doors to the department will be locked for the time being.
