Several events scheduled to be held in an area village have been postponed or canceled relating to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
According to a release from Friends of Arrow Rock:
· The sidewalk sale planned for Friday and Saturday, March 20 and 21, in Arrow Rock has been postponed indefinitely.
· The Friends of Arrow Rock First Saturday Lectures for April and May have been canceled.
· The Arrow Rock Easter Parade and Egg Hunt scheduled for April 12 have been canceled.
· The Friends of Arrow Rock’s Spring Education Programs have been canceled through April 30.
· The J. Huston Tavern will be closed through April 30, but will assess the situation and reopen sooner if possible.
· The Arrow Rock Lyceum’s Theatre for Young Audiences presentation of “Artrageous,” scheduled for April 6-9, has been canceled.
· The Arrow Rock Spring Garden Market & Vintage Bazaar/Birds & Bees Festival, scheduled for May 9, has been canceled.
· The Friends of Arrow Rock office will be manned but not open to the public until further notice. You can reach staff by calling (660) 837-3231.
· Arrow Rock Antiques & Mercantile will be closed until further notice.
· The Preservation Day seminars scheduled for May 23 in Arrow Rock have been postponed to May 1, 2021.
