Due to COVID-19 and bed bug concerns, for the safety of the Sanitation Department employees, Marshall Municipal Services is requesting all residents use plastic trash bags for all trash.
The agency says if residents wish to use their trash cans, they ask that trash bags be placed in the trash can.
