Sedalia Municipal Court has been suspended through April 17, by order of Honorable Paul Beard and pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri.
This affects the following court dates for City of Sedalia:
Monday, March 23; Wednesday, March 25; Wednesday, April 1; Wednesday, April 8- cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on May 6; and Wednesday, April 15- cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on May 13.
If you have an attorney, contact their office for your new court date. If you do not have an attorney, check www.courts.mo.gov (Case.net) for your new court date. All court dates will be updated by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 24.
Payments may still be made by calling the court office or online at www.courts.mo.gov. Do not e-mail your credit/debit card number.
Payments may be placed in the Water Department drop box. You should make sure your name, phone number and the word “COURT” is on the outside of your envelope.
