The Boonville Police Department will change over to a different telephone provider on March 27.
The department says the change over will start at about 8 a.m. and last until about 10 a.m.
During that time, the department’s telephones will be down entirely.
Residents are urged to call 9-1-1 for any emergency; otherwise, call the non-emergency number at (660) 882-2614, and the call will be forwarded to the department.
