With schools out for an extended period of time, at this point, school districts are trying to find ways to help children stay engaged with learning. Marshall High School teachers and administrators recently surveyed their students to determine their internet accessibility.
Marshall High School Principal, Ian Verts says a majority of the students who have responded do have internet access.
Verts says teachers have attempted to contact families via the information in the school’s system.
Verts says right now the priority is communication. Again, parents are encouraged to contact the school or the administration building if they have not had contact with the school during this time that school has been closed.
