Multiple sex-related felony charges have been filed against a 32-year-old Independence man for allegedly inappropriately touching and exposing himself to a teenage girl in Pettis County in 2019.
According to a probable-cause statement, the female told a child-safe investigator in detail about multiple occasions of inappropriate conduct by Danny A. Green, who denied the allegations.
A warrant has been issued, and Green has been charged with a Class D Felony for Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree; and two counts of Class E Felonies for Child Molestation in the Fourth Degree and Sexual Misconduct. Bond has been set at $50,000 cash or surety.
Green’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
