As of 2 p.m. on Monday, March 30, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) has reported the number of positive cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the state has reached four figures.
According to the DHSS, the total number of positive cases in the state confirmed is 1,031- up from 903 on Sunday, March 29- including 13 deaths.
In the KMMO listening area, 17 cases have been confirmed in Lafayette County; three in Chariton County (although officials in the county have confirmed four); and one in each Cooper and Pettis County.
In addition, 59 positive cases have been confirmed in Boone County; nine in Johnson County; and one in each Benton, Henry, Randolph and Ray County.
There have been a total of approximately 15,645 tests conducted.
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31.
