The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to put the temporary traffic signals at the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and Rebar near Nucor Steel into service on April 6.
A news release says work will continue on the temporary signals at U.S. Highway 65 and Routes H and HH, which will be in service in six to eight weeks. There will be temporary lane closures throughout the process. All work is weather dependent.
As part of the signal installation, MoDOT will reduce the speed limit to 55 miles per hour from Route HH south into Sedalia.
