A Kansas City man is facing a felony charge in Pettis County for allegedly attempting to steal a side-by-side Utility-Terrain Vehicle.
According to a probable-cause statement, Yeager’s Cycle Sales in Sedalia reported a theft on April 2. On April 3, the Benton County Sheriff’s Department reported a man and a woman were in custody for being in possession of the stolen UTV. The UTV the man had gotten stuck in a farmer’s field and was recovered. It is valued at $18,600; and all three UTVs are valued at $75,300.
Kyle Dayne Eshnaur has been charged with a Class D Felony for Stealing a Motor Vehicle.
Eshnaur’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
