A Chattanooga, Tennessee, man was seriously injured in a rollover tractor-trailer crash in Saline County on Tuesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 57-year-old Christopher Pugh overcorrected his northbound freightliner, and the tractor-trailer traveled off the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway, crossed the center line, traveled off the left side of the roadway, overturned and came to rest on its side.
Pugh, who was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by Sweet Springs EMS to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall for treatment.
The crash happened at 7:48 p.m. on Route YY, south of 139th Road.
