
The Pettis County Health Center has reported 14 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Pettis County.
Currently two cases have recovered and have been released from isolation. The department says there are 12 cases remaining and those individuals are recovering at home. No cases in Pettis county have required hospitalization up to this point.
Individuals who attended gatherings over Easter are being monitored for the virus. Even small gatherings can spread the virus.
Pettis County officials are asking people not to gather with anyone outside of their own household.
In order to reopen the community as quickly as possible, decreasing the numbers is vital. Continue to practice Social Distancing rules, wash your hands, and santize.
