Sedalia Municipal Court has been suspended through May 15, 2020, by order of Honorable Paul Beard and pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri.
According to a news release, this affects several court dates for the City of Sedalia:
Wednesday, April 22, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on May 20.
Wednesday, April 29, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on May 27.
Wednesday, May 6, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on June 3.
Wednesday, May 13, cases have been moved to 8:30 a.m. on June 10.
If you have an attorney, contact their office for your new court date.
If you do not have an attorney, check www.courts.mo.gov (Case.net) for your new court date.
Payments may still be made by calling the Court Office or online at www.courts.mo.gov. However, you should not e-mail your credit/debit-card number. Payments also may be placed in the Water Department drop box. You need to make sure your name, phone number and the word “COURT” is on the outside of your envelope.
