The number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 in the state is now more than 5,900.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as of 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, the positive number of cases increased to 5,941- up from 5,807 on Monday.
There have been 56,986 tests conducted by all labs (not updated on Tuesday.
The number of deaths increased to 189 on Tuesday from 177 on Monday.
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22.
