
The number of confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in the state has now surpassed 6,000.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as of 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, the positive number of cases increased to 6,137- up from 5,941 the day before.
There have been 59,266 tests conducted by all labs.
The number of deaths increased to 208 on Wednesday from 189 on Tuesday.
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 23.
