As of 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported the confirmed number of positive cases of COVID-19 jumped more than 100 from the day before.
DHSS says the total number of positive cases is 7,303- up from 7,171 on Monday.
There have been 73,371 tests conducted by all labs (but the number was not updated on Tuesday).
The number of deaths increased to 314 on Tuesday from 288 on Monday. However, the agency does not list how many patients have recovered.
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
