An area city’s elected leader has released a message to the city’s residents.
The message from Sedalia Mayor John Kehde says:
“With new public health orders in place as of May 4, we understand people are eager to support local businesses while staying mindful of health and safety measures. Just a reminder – local restaurants are in the process of providing their safety plans to the Pettis County Health Center so they may start to provide dining-in opportunities to their customers. The estimated start date for the restaurants’ dining-in services has been set for around May 18.
“Remember – as you access these services, you will be asked to follow certain procedures designed to keep you and employees safe. Please do your part to stop this dreadful disease so that we can get back to normal as soon as possible.”
