
The total number of positive cases of COVID-19 confirmed in the state by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has surpassed 9,300.
According to DHSS, as of 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, the total number of cases in the state increased more than 200 from 9,102 on Wednesday to 9,341 on Thursday.
There have been 108,721 tests conducted by all labs.
The number of deaths increased to 417- up from 396 on Wednesday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive COVID-19 patients have recovered.
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 8.
