The Carroll County Health Department has reported the county now has its fourth case of COVID-19.
A release from Administrator Roberta Hartwig says investigation of possible contacts is still under way.
Hartwig says: “Even though our county has begun a soft reopening, we ask that you please continue with social distancing (and) good and frequent handwashing. If you cannot maintain six-foot distancing, it is recommended masks be worn. In order to prevent further cases, we all must work together and abide by the recommendations.”
