Like all other school districts in the state, the Glasgow School District has had to come up with alternative graduation ceremony plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to minutes from the school board meeting on Wednesday, May 13, the district is excited to honor its seniors at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 17. A ceremony will be held on the Glasgow High School parking lot. A parade will begin after the ceremony, which will be approximately 3 p.m. from the parking lot. The Glasgow Fire and Police Departments are scheduled to lead the parade through town.
If there is inclement weather, the event could be postponed. If it is postponed, the makeup date is Sunday, May 31.
During its meeting, the board certified the list of 2020 graduates.
