The total number of positive COVID-19 cases climbed another 150-plus in Missouri.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as of 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, the total number of cases in the state was 10,317- up from 10,142 on Wednesday, May 13.
The number of deaths increased from 542 on Wednesday to 562 on Thursday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive COVID-19 patients have recovered.
Approximately 126,935 tests were conducted by all labs as of Wednesday.
DHSS expects the next update to take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 15.
