Virginia A. Hemeyer, 81, of Warsaw, and formerly of Marshall, died Monday, May 18, 2020.
Private memorial services will be held at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall.  Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 21, at the funeral home. If you choose to come by the funeral home, face masks are required, and social distancing will be observed. Inurnment will be held at a later date in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. In addition to her husband, Harold, she is survived by three children, Vicki Purcell (Scott) of Overland Park, KS, Robbie Gibson of Marshall and Jeff Hemeyer (April) of rural Marshall; five grandchildren, Erika Gregorian (Artur), Nicholas Purcell, Emily Purcell, Cassandra Bruce (Kalen) and Jack Hemeyer; two great-grandchildren, Kai Alvarez and Amity Bruce; one brother, Jim Clarkson of Marshall; one sister, Carolyn Sue Wakeley of Springfield, MO; and several nieces and nephews.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Wilford Clarkson and Mary Alice Persinger Clarkson; and four sisters, Goldie Muller, Pauline Harris, Wilma McCoy and Marie Prado.
