A Sedalia man was fatally injured in a rollover traffic crash early Saturday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred when the northbound vehicle, driven by 26-year-old Talbert Richard, traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment. The 2005 Chevrolet overturned multiple times, struck a barbed wire fence and came to rest against a tree.
Richard was pronounced deceased by Deputy Coroner Brian Morley at 1 a.m. on Saturday.
The crash happened just before 1 a.m. on Route U at Smasal Road.
