Increasing by more than 150 on Monday, May 25, the total number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 has surpassed 12,000 in Missouri.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as of 2 p.m., the total number of confirmed cases is 12,167- up from 11,988 on Sunday, May 24.
The number of COVID-19-related deaths increased to 685- up from 681 on Sunday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive COVID-19 patients have recovered.
DHSS expects the next update to take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26.
