Voters in Chariton County can expect to see a few changes when they go to the polls on Tuesday.
According to County Clerk Susan Littleton, voters will be encouraged to wear a mask when entering the polling location, use the provided hand sanitizer and maintain a six-foot distance between themselves and other voters. As far as poll workers go, masks will be provided for each poll worker and the voting areas will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Anyone who would like to vote curbside may do so.
Absentee voting is still available and voters who choose to vote in this manner can do so on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or during regular business hours on Monday.
