A Boonville man sustained moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Cooper County on Friday.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash happened when the westbound vehicle driven by 30-year-old Robert Morris traveled off the right side of the highway and became airborne after hitting an embankment.
Morris was transported by EMS to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of moderate injuries.
The crash occurred at 3:49 p.m. on Friday on I-70 at the 101.2 mile marker.
