Increasing by nearly 250 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, the total number of positive cases has surpassed 13,500 in Missouri.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the total number of confirmed cases was 13,575- up from 13,327 on Monday, June 1.
The number of COVID-19-related deaths increased to 783 on Tuesday- up from 775 on Monday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive COVID-19 patients have recovered.
DHSS expects the next update to take place at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3.
