Heavy rainfall throughout the KMMO listening area overnight has caused some roadways in the area to be closed due to flooding.
According to a MODOT spokesperson, in Saline County, Highway 127 north of Sweet Springs and Route VV north of I-70 just east of Emma are closed.
In Chariton County, Route M at the Grand River between Bosworth and Triplett; and Route J south of Dalton are closed.
In Howard County, Route H northeast of Fayette at Salt Fork is closed.
