A felony weapons charge has been filed against a 26-year-old Salisbury man relating to an incident reported on Friday, June 5 in Chariton County.
According to a police report, Harry John Shirley was out in the front yard and allegedly pulled out a handgun, started waving it around and threatened to shoot two different people.
Shirley has been charged with a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Exhibiting. Bond has been fixed at $2,500 cash only.
Shirley’s initial hearing is pending at Chariton County Circuit Court.
