In addition to the latest death related to the virus that was reported on Friday, the Saline County Health Department has confirmed one new case of COVID-19 in the county
The total number of confirmed cases of the virus is now 284 with 251 of those patients having been released from observation. According to the department there are 29 active cases, three persons remain hospitalized and there have been a total of four deaths in Saline County related to the virus.
These numbers are based on case management provided by the health department Staff.
