A 19-year-old Boonville man facing felony charges after an alleged incident nearly a year ago in Cooper County is scheduled to be in court tomorrow (Tue).
On June 22, 2018 a resident reported their residence was burglarized and a number of items were stolen that were valued at more than $2,000. The suspect reportedly gained access to the inside of the residence through a screen and window that had been broken.
The suspect who was later identified as Marquan Dejuan Pitre. He has been charged with Class D Felonies for Burglary in the Second Degree and Stealing of $750 or More. Pitre posted surety bond on April 30.
His initial appearance is set for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16 at Cooper County Circuit Court.
