A Carrollton resident was seriously injured in a traffic crash on Monday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred when 23-year-old Dakoda Hendricks was eastbound on East Sunset Drive, east of Main Street in Hale when his vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment.
Hendricks was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.
The crash happened at 8:45 p.m. on Monday.
