The City of Marshall is accepting sealed bids on various vacant lots throughout the city.
Marshall City Administrator Dave Haugland comments on how these lots became available.

Bid awards will be conditioned on the bidder constructing a new residence on the lots within 18-months of purchase. The lots will be sold as is.

The city makes no warranties regarding title and therefore, bidders should conduct a full title search on the property they would like to bid on. Successful bidders will be responsible for clearing the title if necessary, and any costs associated with it. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids of parts thereof.
