A 28-year-old Nelson resident charged with a sex-related felony involving a juvenile has a court proceeding for next week.
A probable-cause statement says during the late hours of Saturday, March 28, the girl told her mother that she was experiencing physical discomfort from inappropriate sexual acts. She later described the incident in explicit details to a child-safe investigator.
Kenneth Dean Nease II, is charged with a Class A Felony for Child Molestation in the First Degree; and an Unclassified Felony for Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy in the First Degree. Bond remains at $250,000 cash only.
A Preliminary Hearing in Nease’s case is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, at Saline County Circuit Court.
