The City of Warrensburg has announced the retirement of one of their employees.
After almost 12 years of dedicated service to the City of Warrensburg, Ray Almaguer, Code Enforcement Inspector for the City of Warrensburg, will be retiring in July.
During his time with the City, this position became a full-time position and Almaguer shaped the code enforcement program into what it is today.
According to Director of Community Development for the City of Warrensburg, Barbara Carroll, Ray has brought a personal touch to code enforcement when working with tenants, property owners, and landlords. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 precautions, the City is inviting the public to show their appreciation and offer best wishes to Ray through a mail-in card shower, rather than a retirement reception.
