The total number of positive cases of COVID-19 has reached triple digits in an area county.
According to a release from Lafayette County Health Department Administrator Tom Emmerson, the department has confirmed a total of 100 cases in the county. He says 80 patients have recovered, with three deaths previously reported, leaving 17 active cases.
