Combining a couple of events that were postponed earlier this year, the city of Higginsville is planning a get-together and celebration for later this month.
City Administrator Jeanette Dobson explains.

Dobson says the event is on for now. But that could change if there is a rise in positive cases of COVID-19.

According to a release from Dobson, the celebration is scheduled for 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31. The rain date is Friday, August 7.
