Saline County Clerk Debbie Russell talked about voting in the upcoming election during the meeting of the county commission on Tuesday, July 14.
Russell said Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft has explained the difference between absentee and mail-in ballots that will be accepted.
Russell said Personal-Protective Equipment will be available for poll workers.
Absentee voting will be accepted during regular business hours at the county clerk’s office until 5 p.m. on Monday, August 3.
The Primary Election is on Tuesday, August 4. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
